From only two flights to total dominance of South Africa’s domestic air space, FlySafair has become the face of the country’s domestic airspace as it celebrates its 10th anniversary.
Since its inaugural take-off from Cape Town to Johannesburg in 2014, the airline has flown just over 41 million passengers on more than 260,000 flights.
Known for their popular R1-R10 ticket sales and over the past decade, FlySafair have revolutionised air travel in South Africa, making it accessible and affordable for millions of passengers.

The airline was also the first to introduce 25-minute turnaround times at airports, enhancing its seamless point-to-point service for passengers, which earned them the prestigious Skytrax Award for best low-cost airline in Africa.
